OUR PROCESS
From Potential Clients to Your Finished Remodel
Walkthrough:
During this initial meeting, we discuss your project and ideas, assess the scope of work, and answer any questions you may have. At the end of the walkthrough, we provide an estimated cost range for your overall project.
Pre-Construction Contract:
If you are satisfied with the estimated cost range and would like to move forward with our company, we enter into a Pre-Construction Contract. During this phase, we charge $75 an hour and begin planning your design! You will gain access to our project management system, CoConstruct, which houses all of your project details.
Design Planning:
Our Design Coordinator works with you to create the overall design of your project. We assist with material selections, provide 3D conceptual drawings, and compile the information into a Design Plan. This ensures that your remodel runs as smoothly as possible once construction begins. During this phase, we also build a detailed estimate based on your selections. You will always have access to this working document to give you the best idea of your project’s overall costs.
Design Plan, Estimate, & Home Improvement Contract:
Following the Design Planning phase, you will have a completed Design Plan and an estimate catered to you and your project. If you are satisfied with the results, we will continue into a Home Improvement Contract. This allows our team to purchase materials, permit your project, and begin construction.
Construction:
Your Design Plan is handed off to our field team to begin your remodel! During this phase, we charge for our time, and materials, plus an 18% builders fee.
