This is a #throwback to one of our full-home remodels in Tahoe Donner. Through the front door and airlock storage area, the space opens into a great room with a custom white oak slate wall and loft railing, neutral palette, and brass finishes.

For this Texture Tuesday, we have a custom velvet corduroy headboard with walnut side panels and floating end tables. Thanks to @extra_touch_upholstery & @schnobrichwoodworks for the attention to detail!

All of the vanities at our Northstar remodel have been customized for each space. This vanity in the master bathroom features a 3” radius on the bottom corners, has a textured tile backsplash, and dimmable linear sconces that are connected to a Lutron whole-home system.

With the addition of a steel beam and new footers we have been able to eliminate a structural wall to expand the kitchen space. The much bigger kitchen will provide a wonderful space for a growing family. We are seeking an experienced and reliable skilled laborer to join our residential remodeling team. In this role, you will be responsible for working on a variety of remodeling projects, from kitchens and bathrooms to whole-home renovations. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in carpentry and general construction, and share our commitment to quality and attention to detail.

- Pay rate: $25-$35 an hour, depending on experience
- Health insurance options are available after 90 days of employment
- Select paid holidays are available for full-time employees after 90 days of employment.
- Flexibility in scheduling

This Prosser kitchen remodel is underway! Demo is complete and the framing crew is working on the footings to support a new steel I beam. This will allow us to remove a structural wall and double the size of the current kitchen.

The great room was transformed into an open-concept space with traditional and modern design elements for an elevated cabin feel. The kitchen features state-of-the-art appliances, custom cabinets with space-saving storage options, a ledger stone backsplash, and quartz countertops. The living area features a new gas fireplace with a stone surround, custom-stained wood details to match the kitchen cabinets, and a custom metal railing.
